This is a class where you can come and get help with a project of your choice.  Be it a quilt, pillow, even a lamp shade.  It’s lots of fun and Dee is a great teacher.  You can come once or for many weeks.  Your project or projects set the schedule. One Block Wonder with Beth  
       Thursdays, August 7, 21, and Sept 4
        6:00pm - 9:00pm

Using one beautiful fabric, you will learn to make easy hexagons into Kaleidoscope patterns and blend them into a one of a kind quilt.  This pattern is sweeping the world of quilting. Have you found Shy George yet?  He is hidden in Beth's sample hanging in the shop.  See if you can identify the fabric she used to make these blocks.  You'll be amazed! WARNING, this pattern may be addictive and you may never look at fabric the same way again.

BSR Quilting Class with Beth

The BSR – Bernina Stitch Regulator – What is it? How
does it work to make free motion quilting easy to do? 
Come to class and learn about the BSR and techniques on how to make it work for you.  Bring your machine with BSR.  Beth will teach you the tips and tricks that make this such an amazing tool!

($5 kit fee, $12 Class fee)

It’s a Wrap – Purse with Lynda
Saturdays, September 6 and 13
9:00am – 12:00pm 
Try Lynda’s adaptation of a purse design from It’s A Wrap Bowl.  This easy but exciting technique looks so professional no one will believe you did it yourself.  All you need is a standard sewing machine, a few supplies, and some time.  We will get a good start in the first session and will have completed the purse by the end of the second session.  You will get complete instructions so you can go home and make more for all your friends.  Come in and sign-up, you won’t be disappointed. ($36 class)

FUNdamentals of Sewing with Janet

Do you need help with your sewing?  Perhaps you have a new machine and want to
learn or improve your sewing skills.  This class is open to beginners as well as
advanced sewers.  Class size is small, so all are working on projects to suit their skill level. 
As you progress you will learn more skills, which build on each other. 
 You can be sure to find the help you need to matter what project you have in mind.
($65 class fee)
 

9-Patch Pizazz with Janet Thursday, September 25 10:00am – 5:00pm  A great place to use the BIG prints we love but can’t figure out how to use.  Choose a focus fabric with a medium to large scale design.  This can be a floral, novelty or an Asian print.  Let Janet show you how to use two coordinating fabrics and make a wonderful one-of-a-kind quilt.  We use the book 9-Patch Pizazz for this class. ($42 class fee)

Bernina Embroidery Software with Linda  Fridays October 10, 17, 24 9:00am – 1:00pm   Designer Plus Version 5 is the best embroidery software on the market (my personal opinion).  It works on most embroidery machines.  ($60 class fee)
